The checklist provides a structure and starting point for an RTO to ensure adequate checks are in place prior to publishing marketing collateral related to funded programs in Queensland.
Please note, this checklist does not cover the requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2015.
Product Purpose
Many RTOs have checklists and procedures in place for ensuring marketing information is correct and compliant with Clause 4.1 of the Standards for RTOs 2015. However, this is not where your checks and balances should end. If your RTO has a funding contract in place, then the requirements of the contract also need to be met.
