Flexible and remote working arrangements are now an expectation of employees, and it is important for RTOs to be considering this as an option for staff but also be mindful of any legislative requirements that must be met.
Our Flexible and Remote Working Policy template provides a base level of guidelines for your RTO to ensure that staff are aware of their rights and responsibilities when working remotely, including from home. This policy has been designed to take into account as many scenarios as possible to allow for a broad-reaching template for you to adapt to your RTO.
