Through your Canvas Implementation team you will receive training on how to administer Canvas for your organisation as well as ongoing support from your Customer Success Manager (CSM). We are able to complement this by providing detailed one-on-one support in analysing your organisation’s needs and assisting with the decision-making process in the best way forward with how to manage administrational settings such as:

  • Enrolment
  • Course creation
  • Course management
  • Roles within Canvas such as Admin, Teacher, Student, Observer Permissions
  • Sub-account creation and maintenance
  • Blueprint courses
  • Setting up question banks
  • Creating assessments
  • Links with external tools (LTIs)
  • Use of Commons
  • Backing up resources
  • Assistance with many more features within Canvas
